Breakfast Avocado Toast with Turmeric Poached Egg

1 avocado
1 egg
1 slice whole grain bread
8 baby tomatoes
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
¼ cup distilled white vinegar
Salt to taste


1.Bring half cup of water to boil.
Reduce heat and stir in the vinegar and turmeric.

2.In a small bowl, crack the egg and then slowly slide the egg
into the water. Wait until the whites are set.

3.Remove the egg from the pan and allow it to drain on a
paper towel.

4.Mash the avocado with salt.
5.Put the sliced avocado on the toast bread slice.Cut in two the baby tomatoes and add salt.
